Types of Cap Tighteners / Retorquers Offered

• Automatic Inline Cap Tighteners
  The Model Captight NT-IL Automatic Inline Cap Tightener – Retorquer is a fully automatic cap tightener designed to torque caps, pumps, and trigger sprayers onto containers. The speed rate is limited only by how fast the operator(s) can place them on the container (Note: Caps and pump heads have already been placed onto the container upstream). This automatic cap tightener can also be used as a retorquer after the induction seal has taken place.
• Automatic Air Chuck – Inline Cap Tighteners
  The Model Captight CH1-IL Automatic Single Head Air Chuck Cap Tightener – Inline is an Automatic chuck cap tightener that torques the threaded caps to the proper tightness at rates up to 30 CPM. The operator only places the cap onto or into the container. At this point, the machine automatically handles the container and torque action
• Automatic Air Chuck – Starwheel Cap Tighteners
  The Model Captight CH1-SW Automatic Single Head Air Chuck Cap Tightener – Starwheel is an automatic chuck cap tightener that torques the threaded caps to their proper tightness at rates up to 30 CPM. Like the automatic tightener above, the operator only places the cap onto or into the container. At this point, the machine automatically handles the container and torque action
• Automatic Chuck – Electric Inline Cap Tighteners
  The Model Captight CH1-IL Automatic Single Head Electric Chuck Cap Tightener – Inline is very similar to the pneumatic inline version above. This electric inline automatic air chuck cap tightener also uses little to no change parts and is typically reserved for larger, stable and often times rectangular or square containers.
  
• Automatic Chuck – Inline Electric Cap Tighteners
  The Model Captight CH2-IL Automatic Dual Head Electric Chuck Cap Tightener – Inline is a Fully automatic dual head electric cap tightener that torques the cap onto the container with higher output rates than the single head version.
